Background
The solicitation is for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for fixed price horizontal construction task orders in support of the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Del Rio, Big Bend and El Paso Border Patrol Sectors and the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division and South Pacific Division. The base ordering period is five years from the date of contract award. The contracts are primarily intended to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Border Patrol Sectors, but may also be used in support of other USACE programs within the boundaries of the Southwestern and South Pacific Divisions (SWD and SPD).

Work Details
The contract requires the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, etc., necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the set forth in the contract to include all attachments. The contract includes construction tasks for various sectors and divisions as well as specific requirements for small business participation.

Period of Performance
The base ordering period is five years from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in support of the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Del Rio, Big Bend and El Paso Border Patrol Sectors and the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division and South Pacific Division.
