Potential Contractor's is has come to the Government's attention that the bid/price schedules last revision (Amendment 4) left off the words "home" and "field" in the Burden Labor Rates columns. Due to the short time left for your company to prepare your proposal the Government will accept computer (text) or handwritten words "home" on the first Burden Labor column and "field" on the 2nd Burden Labor column for each year.
