The Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) supporting the Army IC community has a continuing need for a messaging system that will allow them to send and receive the following message formats:

a. Joint Message Form (DD Fonn-173)
b. Allied Communications Publication (ACP) 127
c. Joint Anny Navy Air Force Publication (JANAP)128
d. Defense Special Security Communications System (DSSCS) Operational Instruction (DOI)-103
e. DoD Automated Digital Network (AUTODIN)

The Multimedia Messaging Manager (M3) is the standard message handler for the Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) community. It provides mission critical applications such as: real-time dissemination of incoming organizational message traffic based on user interest profiles; retrospective search of the archive message database; and message composition, coordination, release, and validation. M3 software runs on commercially available hardware, and the following M3 Software Maintenance licenses will be purchased using GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract GS35F0777J:

M3 AMHS MPE 017 Maintenance - Enterprise (2 each)
M3 AMHS MBE 023 Maintenance - Enterprise Fail Over (FO) (2 Each)
