Background
The solicitation is for Multi-Function Support Services (MFSS) at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Orlando, FL and outlying areas within NSA Orlando Area of Responsibility (AOR). The requirement includes all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform services for various annexes/sub-annexes.

Work Details
The work includes tasks relevant to the entire scope of the contract. Annexes 3 through 18 contain General Information, Management and Administration requirements, Performance Objectives, Related Information, and Performance Standards. The organization of information and requirements is standardized within each technical annex and sub-annex. The workload data is generally referred to as being located in Sections C and J.
All facilities, systems, and assets identified in this contract shall be accepted by the Contractor in 'AS-IS' condition. The Contractor is fully responsible for all work up to and including the limits of liabilities specified.
