Multi-Function Support Services (MFSS) at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) Kings Bay, Georgia and outlying areas supported by this command. This requirement includes all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform services for the following Sub- annexes: 1503010 Custodial; 1503020 Pest Control; 1503030 Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM); 1503050 Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping; and 1503060 Pavement Clearance.

Background
The solicitation is for Multi-Function Support Services (MFSS) at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) Kings Bay, Georgia. The requirement includes all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform services for various sub-annexes.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The work includes periodic servicing, maintenance, and repair of Government-Furnished Items.
The contractor shall also provide janitorial and refuse collection services for the facilities.
Additionally, the contractor is responsible for the cost of all utilities at all Government-provided facilities and any additional Contractor-owned facilities.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) Kings Bay in Georgia.
