MTAO Tiber Trash Service with Base Plus 4 Years   2

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking trash and refuse collection and disposal services from a Trash Collection Contractor for the Marias-Milk Rivers Division at Tiber Reservoir, located approximately 22 miles southwest of Chester, Montana. The contract will involve trash removal and disposal services at various locations around Tiber Reservoir, including campgrounds, marina, office, and shop areas. The contractor is required to comply with all Federal, State, County, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations for the duration of the contract.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the services of refuse collection and disposal as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes provision of trash containers at convenient locations for visitors and employees, regular pick-up and transportation of trash to approved landfills, maintenance of containers in a clean and sanitary condition, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract is anticipated to be from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025 with four one-year option periods and a six-month extension.
