Mt Baker Ranger District - Vault Toilet Inventory Mt Baker Snoqualmie National Forest BPA Set Up

Background
The U.S. Forest Service (USFS) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items related to vault toilet pumping services at the Mt. Baker Ranger District, located within the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. The goal of this contract is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for these services, which are essential for maintaining sanitation facilities in the forested areas and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This procurement is set aside for small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing vault toilet pumping services at various locations within the Mt. Baker Ranger District. Specific tasks include:
- Performing regular pumping of vault toilets located along designated routes, including but not limited to:
- Artist Point
- Austin Pass Picnic Area
- Bagley Lakes Trailhead
- Excelsior Trailhead
- Heather Meadows Visitor Center Parking Lot
- Ensuring that all services are conducted in accordance with environmental regulations and best practices.
- Submitting invoices as per the specified payment instructions.
- The service frequency and pricing details are outlined in the attached Schedule of Items/Price Schedule, which includes specific locations, estimated miles from the base, and pricing per trip.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2032.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various sites within the Mt. Baker Ranger District, located in Sedro-Woolley, Washington.
