Background
The United States Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) / US Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus, requires construction services to establish a new wall at the Marine House.

Work Details
The work comprises of demolition of existing wall, uprooting of trees adjacent to wall, new irrigation plumbing, new wall lights, new cement wall and metal fence, new gate doors, and new gardening soil near the wall.
The Contractor shall furnish sufficient technical, supervisory, and administrative personnel to ensure satisfactory accomplishment of the work specified in the SOW including accomplishment of work by agreed milestone dates and progress schedule.
Additionally, the Contractor shall furnish all services, qualified personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, investigations, studies, and travel required in connection with the SOW.
