Background
The contract is issued by the Montgomery Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) with the goal of providing noon meals, specifically boxed sub sandwiches, to applicants processing through the station.

This service is essential to support the mission of MEPS in facilitating the enlistment process for armed forces applicants.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a total of 15,820 boxed noon meals (sub sandwiches) for each contract year.

The meals will be delivered to the Montgomery MEPS and must meet the specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The base period for this contract is from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, with two additional option periods extending through April 30, 2028.

The contractor guarantees a minimum procurement of $1,500.00 worth of boxed meals during the base period.

Deliveries will be made FOB Destination at the address: 705 McDonald St, Montgomery, AL 36114.

Period of Performance
Base period from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026; first option period from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027; second option period from May 1, 2027, to April 30, 2028.
