Monacan Health Center VOIP Phone System   2

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Indian Health Service (IHS) Nashville Area Office for the Monacan Health Center.
The goal of this contract is to provide a comprehensive Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system, including internet connectivity and maintenance support, to enhance communication capabilities at the health center.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver and install a complete VoIP phone system that includes:
1. Equipment:
- 36 IP Phone sets
- 7 IP Receptionist phone sets with expansion modules
- 48 VOIP Software licenses
- 3 IP conference phones
- 1 Transport Router, Cisco 2900 or equivalent
- 1 Pike Device compatible with VOIP
- 3 Cisco 9200 POE+ or equivalent 48 Port Managed Switches supporting Power-Over-Ethernet (POE) for the phone system.

2. Delivery and Installation: The contractor must ensure all equipment is fully operational upon installation, including programming and integration with existing systems.

3. Maintenance and Support: The contractor will provide transport, maintenance, and support for a base year of 12 months with four optional additional years. This includes remote troubleshooting within two hours of notification of an issue, onsite response within two hours for major problems, and training sessions for employees.

Period of Performance
12 Months Base Year plus 4 Option Years (each lasting 12 months).
