The project involves the remediation of mold previously identified in the facility.

Details: The scope of work includes:

- Demolition of approximately 50% of the ceiling in the dormitory buildings
- Remediation of all areas identified as containing mold

The contractor will be required to:

- Attend pre-construction and progress meetings
- Submit a proposed construction schedule
- Comply with working hours between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Period of Performance: The contract requires the contractor to begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and complete it within 182 calendar days.
