Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate (LESC) is soliciting proposals in response to request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C23R00000071 for Modular Precision Weapon Platform (MPWP) in support of the mission within CBP, as well as other agencies both within and outside of DHS. The Government intends to make a single indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award resulting from this solicitation. RFP 70B06C23R00000071, is issued as a Small Business Set Aside.

Work Details
The acquisition will be conducted using the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15. This solicitation will result in a single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Modular Precision Weapon Platform requirement. The minimum guarantee of the contract is $10,000 (any combination of the items listed on Attachment 2 Pricing Schedule). The maximum amount of supplies that may be ordered over the life of the anticipated contracts will not exceed a total of $5,500,000 (inclusive of all anticipated delivery orders combined). The ordering period of the anticipated contract is date of award through 60 months from date of award (5 years total). Delivery Orders (DO) may have a delivery date of 12 months beyond the last day of the contract’s ordering period. A DO may be placed against the anticipated contract on or before the last day of the contract’s ordering period.

Period of Performance
The term of this contract shall be five (5) years from date of award.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the product will be delivered includes relevant components within and outside of DHS such as U.S. Customs and Border Protection, US Secret Service, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, US Coast Guard, US Marshal Service, and other Federal Agencies.
