Description

The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY has a requirement for a Model 8.0 Heavy Duty Ground Tug - and - 1 set of Batteries for the US Corp of Cadets. The Solicitation is posted on SAM.gov on Notice# W911SD23R0143. All details regarding this requirement are clearly listed on the attached specifications and in the Description Section of each line item. This requirement is for BRAND NEW items, not refurbished (no exceptions). Failure to meet the requirements or not comply with what is specifically requested will be considered as Non-Responsive .

c. Clearance for the UH-72A Lakota Mission Equipment Package System (MEPS)

d. Single person operation

e. Ability to be remotely controlled by a wireless controller to maneuver in small

areas while maintaining safety

f. Ability to maneuver on sloped ground

g. Ability to maneuver on wet or icy conditions

h. Product will have the option for snow tires that are siped for better traction

i. Lights for night operation

j. Extra battery pack for longer use

The NAICS Code Qualifier is 333924 and the Size Standard is 750 employees.

Allbidders must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote. All bidders must submit the following documents with their bids:

a. SF1449 (filled in, completed, and signed as specifically instructed below )

b. Company Quote (must be FOB Destination; see Note 2 below)

One attachment of the SF1449 is included for your use (PDF). You need to complete it as follows...

PAGE 1: Block 30a, b, & c (must be *SIGNED/DATED; will not accept w/o actual signature) *NOTE: Digital Card signature acceptable.

PAGE 8: *Clause# 52.204-8 (check the applicable slot)... *NOTE: DO NOT FILL ANYTHING ELSE on the SF1449 if you checked Paragraph (d) Applies . If you checked it, it means your company is registered in SAM.gov.

NOTE 1: You may submit your own company quote. However, it has to be with a signed / dated SF1449 (no exceptions).

NOTE 2: This solicitation is Firm Fixed Price only. Therefore, all quoted offers must be FOB DESTINATION. If you're going to add shipping / delivery cost, it must be INCLUDED into the overall price of Line Item 0001. Offers with FOB ORIGIN will not be accepted.

NOTE 3: Promotional / Discount Pricing will only be accepted if the offer is available for a minimum of at least 10 business days from the date the solicitation closes (not from the date you submit your quote). Any offers below the 10-day minimum requirement will have to be offered as Non-Promotional / Non-Discount price only.
