Background
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking to award a contract for Mock Jury and Jury Consulting services to support its Division of Enforcement. The SEC's mission is to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation.

This contract aims to provide essential support for the SEC's legal efforts, including investigations and litigation, in response to an increasing number of complex cases under its jurisdiction.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide non-personal professional Mock Jury services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Services include:
1. Administering Mock Jury services in accordance with individual Mock Jury Request Forms.
2. Providing consultation services for each Mock Jury requirement, typically requiring up to 4 hours per requirement.
3. Delivering services on a firm-fixed-price basis for specified Mock Jury services while billing separately for jury consulting activities such as voir dire and jury selection.
4. Reimbursing Other Direct Costs (ODCs) and daily juror fees based on pre-negotiated rates as per the Pricing Schedule.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to span a total of 10 years if all options are exercised, with each option period lasting 12 months.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed primarily at the SEC's Home Office in Washington, DC, and may also involve other regional offices.
