This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought/RFI only. The purpose of this Sources Sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 561621 (size standard of $25 Million). Responses to this Sources Sought/RFI will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought/RFI, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this Sources Sought/RFI synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 5 Washington DC Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources who can possibly provide Mobile Surveillance System Trailers that at a minimum meet the salient characteristics and/or can possibly provide an equal product for the Washington DC VAMC.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 5 Washington DC Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources capable of providing Mobile Surveillance System Trailers that meet specific salient characteristics for the Washington DC VA Medical Center. This Sources Sought/RFI aims to gather information on potential qualified sources and their size classification. The responses will inform the Government's acquisition decisions.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of Mobile Surveillance System Trailers with the following requirements:
- Integration with existing security infrastructure, including video management software (VMS).
- Secure cloud or local storage options for video footage.
- Support for remote access via a secure web-based platform or mobile application.
- Delivery of operator and maintenance manuals, warranty and support information (1-year warranty from installation/acceptance).
- Training on trailer deployment, operation, and maintenance.
- Performance criteria include testing and inspection for compliance, rejection rights for non-compliant units, technical support response time not exceeding 24 hours, and video quality meeting specified resolution requirements.
- Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations is required. All components must be tested for reliability before delivery.

Delivery shall be made to the Washington DC VA Medical Center.
