Mobile Services for USFK Wide

Background
The United States Forces Korea (USFK) requires mobile communication services to support its command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) infrastructure.

The 1st Signal Brigade and the 41st Signal Battalion are responsible for maintaining this infrastructure, which aligns with the Department of Defense's mobility program. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive mobile communication services across USFK installations in Korea.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, supervision, logistics, and non-personal services necessary to deliver USFK-wide mobile communication services and support mobile communication infrastructure.

Specific tasks include:
- Installation and maintenance of mobile communication systems.
- Provision of various mobile service categories including DoD voice, text messaging, data services, and Wi-Fi routers.
- Development and maintenance of a quality control program to ensure compliance with performance standards.
- Timely delivery of mobile devices and services as per established metrics.
- Management of subcontractors if applicable.
- Compliance with local laws and regulations regarding labor, taxation, and immigration.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of one year from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, with four additional option years extending through December 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various USFK installations in the Republic of Korea as specified in USFK REG 10-2 Installation Management.
