Mobile Biopsy Services

The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is seeking qualified vendors who can provide the Mobile Biopsy Services at PIMC, Phoenix, Arizona.
Offers must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements set forth within the Request for Proposal (RFP) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The Government intends to award one Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation.
The solicitation will be available on or about March 7, 2016 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
The Offerors are required to submit RFP by email to: bradley.platero@ihs.gov.
The RFP due date is at 12:00 pm Phoenix, Arizona Time on March 22, 2016. Late proposals will not be accepted.
All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
It is the Offerors responsibility to periodically check for any amendments to this solicitation.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621511 and the Small Business Standard is $32.5 million.
