Background
The U.S. Army is seeking to procure commercial products through this solicitation, which is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the 25 Meter Universal Zeroing Target and Sandbags. The goal of this contract is to provide essential training materials for marksmanship and related activities, ensuring that the Army's operational readiness is maintained. The contract includes the following items:

1. **25 Meter Universal Zeroing Target**

- **Quantity**: 200,000 each
- **Specifications**: Paper targets designed for short-range M16A4/M4 series & pistol marksmanship. Each target must include GTA instructions on the back and be boxed in quantities of 1,000.

2. **Sandbags**
- **Brand Name**: Sandbaggy
- **Minimum Size**: 14" x 26"
- **Specifications**: Empty polypropylene sandbags, Mil-Spec, in Olive Drab/Green color.
- **Quantity**: 10,000 each.

All items must be delivered F.O.B. destination within a preferred delivery time of 30 days.

Period of Performance
Delivery is preferred within 30 days from the date of order.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to designated U.S. Army locations as specified in the solicitation.
