Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of non-perishable subsistence items for FCI Marianna. The goal of this contract is to supply essential food items to support the facility's operations during the third quarter of fiscal year 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to furnish and deliver a variety of non-perishable food items as specified in the solicitation. The following items are included in the schedule:

1. **Butter, Bulk** - 252 LB, U.S. Grade AA, A, or B.
2. **Cheese, Cheddar** - 4,800 LB, U.S. Grade AA or A.
3. **Margarine** - 139 CS, all vegetable.
4. **Cheese, Mozzarella** - 4,000 LB, low-moisture part-skim.
5. **Tofu** - 832 LB, regular or organic.
6. **Sugar Substitute** - 135,000 EA, various types.
7. **Beans (various types)** - Quantities ranging from 100 LB to 8,800 LB depending on type.
8. **Vegetables (canned)** - Including carrots and corn in various quantities.
9. **Dressing (various types)** - Including mayonnaise and salad dressings in specified quantities.
10. **Pasta (various types)** - Including gluten-free options in specified quantities.
11. **Rice** - 5,000 LB of U.S. Grade 1 or 2 long grain milled rice.
12. **Oils and Shortening** - Various vegetable oils and shortening products in specified quantities.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is during the third quarter of fiscal year 2025.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to FCI Marianna located at 3625 FCI Road, Marianna, FL 32446.
