Millwood Excavator Repair

Background
The contract is for non-personal custodial services at the Millwood Project. The work is to be performed five days per week except on weekends and Government Holidays. The specifications are written to identify both generic and specific work items, and apply to all work performed by this contract, regardless of location.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform all necessary work at Millwood between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday except on Federal holidays. A pre-work meeting shall be held at the work site within ten (10) calendar days after the date of contract award and prior to the beginning of work.
The Contractor shall provide all cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to comply with the provisions of this contract as required.
Work will be inspected upon completion of repairs by Government personnel, and payment will be made only for actual services satisfactorily completed under this specification.
