Background
The Military OneSource Program Bridge Contract is issued by the Department of Defense (DoD) to provide essential support services to service members, their families, and military communities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and call center services for the Military OneSource Program, operating 24/7. The tasks include:
1. **Program Management Support**: Overseeing all contractor activities, ensuring compliance with DoD security requirements, and maintaining performance metrics.
2. **Case Management Support**: Managing participant data using a Government-provided electronic Case Management System (eCMS).
3. **Transition Support**: Developing and executing a Transition-Out Plan for seamless contractor transition.
4. **Call Center Support**: Providing resources and technology for unlimited access to information and counseling services via toll-free telephone and online platforms. This includes non-medical counseling, financial counseling, support for new parents, and more.
5. **Web Presence Support**: Creating a secure online platform for services including non-medical counseling and health coaching that complies with applicable standards.
6. **IT and Information Assurance Support**: Ensuring compliance with DoD policies regarding cloud computing solutions and cybersecurity mandates.
7. **Return to Operation/Disaster Continuity of Services Support**: Maintaining call center operations during disasters or outages to ensure continuous service availability.
8. **Non-Medical Counseling Support**: Providing confidential short-term counseling focused on solution-oriented interventions without clinical treatment.

The services will be provided in various locations as required by the Military OneSource Program, including stateside and international locations.
