Description

The Contractor shall provide all direct labor, training material, equipment, supervision, facilities, and all other items and non-personal services necessary to conduct Basic and Advanced courses on Military Mobile Force Protection Training (MMFPT), in support of the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). The training site shall consist of classrooms, ranges and multiple driving tracks that replicate paved and unpaved multi-lane road conditions similar to those that exist in areas where Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) Soldiers are involved in combat or other high-risk operations.

Background
The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested sources capable of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to conduct Military Mobile Force Protection Training (MMFPT) in support of the USASOC. The primary training site shall be located within one hundred (100) miles (road distance) of 2929 Desert Storm Drive, Fort Liberty, North Carolina.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all direct labor, training material, equipment, supervision, facilities, and all other items and non-personal services necessary to conduct Basic and Advanced courses on Military Mobile Force Protection Training (MMFPT), in support of the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). The training site shall consist of classrooms, ranges and multiple driving tracks that replicate paved and unpaved multi-lane road conditions similar to those that exist in areas where Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) Soldiers are involved in combat or other high-risk operations. The Contractor service requirements are summarized into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items. The performance threshold briefly describes the minimum acceptable levels of service required for each requirement. All Contractor performance will be reported in the CPARS system; however, Contractor's compliance to the following performance thresholds will be used for CPARs Reporting periods and the results of the data will be used to substantiate increase and decreases to the objective ratings of Contractor performance.
