NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonvile, FL, has a requirement for MIL-PRF-26514 Polyurethane Custom Foam Supplies for NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) Container Reuse and Refurbishment Center, Jacksonville, FL. The RFQ, will result in the award of a 1firm-fixed-price purchase order and will contain a period ofo performance that requires the delivery of the foam supplies within 90 days after receipt of the order.

Background
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL, has a requirement for MIL-PRF-26514 Polyurethane Custom Foam Supplies for NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) Container Reuse and Refurbishment Center, Jacksonville, FL. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain Polyurethane Custom Foam cushioning to replace the existing deteriorating material within the container. The cushioning is intended to aid in protecting DLR materials during shipment and storage.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Convoluted Foam sheet IAW MIL-PRF-26514 for the size outlined in the Description of Requirement. The contractor shall also provide Type I – Standard Foam IAW MIL-PRF-26514 Type 1, Class 2, and Grade C for the size outlined in the Description of Requirement. The contractor shall deliver the foam supply under section 2.1 and 2.2 within 90 days after receipt of the order.

Period of Performance
The period of performance requires the delivery of the foam supplies within 90 days after receipt of the order.

Place of Performance
The polyurethane and convoluted foam shall be delivered to CRRC Jacksonville, 160 Yorktown Ave, Building 160, Jacksonville, FL 32212.
