This solicitation shall be a 4-year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to procure Microwave Measuring Receivers (MMR). This solicitation includes Attachment 0001 which is the Product Description. All questions from interested offerors shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Martha C. White (martha.c.white8.civ@army.mil) no later than 2 PM (CST), May 20, 2022. Responses to questions from offerors will be addressed by an amendment to this solicitation.

Background
This solicitation is for a 4-year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to procure Microwave Measuring Receivers (MMR). Work Details
The resultant competitive acquisition under this solicitation shall be a single award of a 4-year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to procure Microwave Measuring Receiver (MMR). The minimum quantity of MMR will be 1 each 26.5GHz MMR and 1 each 50GHz MMR and the maximum quantity will be 250 each of 26.5GHz MMR and 35 each 50GHz MMR. The Government will not be obligated to purchase more than the minimum quantity established under this contract. The minimum quantity shall be acquired pursuant to the execution of Delivery Order 0001. Other direct costs (ODC) will include shipping, travel, spare parts, and calibration services. There will be one base year and three option years.
