Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management License Maintenance and Support

The U.S. Army Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army Project Management Office is seeking maintenance and support for Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) licenses. The contractor will be responsible for providing access to Micro Focus 9x5 Tier 1 support portal, with the ability to escalate to Micro Focus Tier 2/3 or Research and Development when necessary. Additionally, the contractor will provide application patch updates, critical patch updates, vulnerability alerts, and other relevant information.

The contractor will provide maintenance and support for various software products listed in Table 1, including Application Lifecycle Management Global Concurrent User Subscription Software E-LTU - 1 Year Term, Annual Maintenance and Support Option Period 1, and Annual Maintenance and Support Option Period 2. Support will be available 24x7, including recognized holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

The contract has a period of performance from March 30, 2024 through March 29, 2025. It consists of one twelve-month base period and two twelve-month option periods. The place of performance will be at the Project Management Office Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army located in Arlington, VA.
