By way of this Solicitation Notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District issues an Invitation for Bids package for its construction project entitled "Michigan City Harbor Breakwater Repairs & Dredging Services Project, located in Michigan City, Indiana.

PROJECT INFORMATION: The project consists of breakwater repairs to the detached breakwater at Michigan City Harbor. Repair work would consist of the placement of new armor stone and resetting of existing armor stone as needed over the original timber crib and remaining stone. Repairs would not modify the footprint of the existing structure. The project also consists of dredging services.

ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is restricted to HUBZONE Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, with a small business size standard in dollars of $39.5M.

The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated at between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
