Daily cleaning duties include vacuuming carpets, removing soil spots, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning restrooms, cleaning floors, refilling restroom supplies, cleaning entrance door glass panels, and policing the grounds. Monthly duties involve dusting, spot cleaning walls, or restoring finishes on resilient floors. Specific tasks include:

- **Trash and Recycling:** Collecting and removing all trash to designated locations while ensuring containers are clean and odor-free. The contractor will provide labor and equipment for transporting recyclable materials from centralized bins.

- **Floors:** Maintaining carpeted areas by vacuuming regularly to protect integrity and performing spot cleaning as needed. Hard floor surfaces must be kept clean with no buildup in corners or along walls.

- **Restrooms and Drinking Fountains:** Sanitizing restrooms with disinfectant cleaners, ensuring fixtures are polished and free from encrustation. Floors must be kept clean, with adequate supplies replenished during occupied hours.

- **Interior Surfaces:** Wiping surfaces with disposable wipes or color-coded microfiber cloths to maintain hygiene levels. High cleaning tasks will include dusting vertical surfaces above 70 inches.
