Background
The United States Military Academy at West Point is seeking a campus-wide (unlimited) license offering for the Mentimeter platform. The purpose of the offering is to increase security and control over the usage of Mentimeter, simplify the joining process for users, centralize administration of licenses, and provide premium support to educators. The institution is looking for a frictionless experience for the entire institution and all stakeholders involved.

Work Details
The campus-wide solution includes Single Sign-On, Joining Page, SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management), centralized administration, unlimited Pro Licenses, and premium support. It allows for a dedicated joining page with a custom URL, Single Sign-On implementation, and centralized administration of all users in one place. The solution also offers unlimited Pro licenses with access to all premium features and dedicated support framework with Relationship Manager and Customer Success Manager. Pricing for campus-wide licenses has been capped, enabling an unlimited number of educators from the university to join the subscription with no additional cost.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the campus-wide solution starts from a 1-year commitment up to a 5-year commitment. A multi-year commitment comes with a greater discount but requires upfront payment for all campus-wide offers.
