Background
The solicitation is for the production of Men's Army Service Uniform (ASU) Dress Coat. The contract will be awarded under a firm-fixed price, with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. The period of performance is for five years with five 12-month price tier periods. The offeror must prominently display in common work areas within business segments performing work under this contract and at contract work sites any agency fraud hotline poster or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) fraud hotline poster identified in the clause.

The Contractor shall include the substance of this clause in subcontracts.

Work Details
The Men's ASU Dress Coat shall be made according to GL/PD 07-08C dated 4 March 2009; Pattern Date: June 30, 2008. The standard sample of cloth polyester/wool, 9.5-10.5 oz/linear yd, MIL-DTL-823, Type III, class 4, Army blue shade 450 is available and applicable for shade only under piece no. Roll 3801. The Contract Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 7,021 each with an Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) per tier of 25,552 each and an Annual Order Limitation Quantity (AOLQ) per tier of 31,940 each. The Contract Maximum Quantity is 159,700 each.

Period of Performance
The resultant contract will have a five-year ordering period with five 12-month price tier periods.

Place of Performance
The production facility changes are prohibited unless specifically approved by the Government.
