Medium Range Tanker Time Charter   3

Background
The solicitation is for a Medium Range Tanker Time Charter. The contract will consist of the completed Standard Form (SF) 1449, this Preamble, and Parts I through IX. The signature of the on SF 1449 signifies acceptance of the Contractor’s proposal and award of the Charter.

Work Details
The Vessel and all Associated Equipment shall be delivered to the Charterer at a port or place in accordance with Box 2 not later than 1600 hours local time at place of delivery on the canceling date stated in Box 5.
The Vessel and all Associated Equipment shall be, insofar as due diligence can make them so, seaworthy, properly and efficiently manned and trained, equipped, supplied, and in every way suitable and adequately fitted for and in all respects ready for the service contemplated under this Charter Party.

Period of Performance
Base period of 12-months with three 1-year option periods and one 11-month option period

Place of Performance
The vessel requirements are provided as Attachment I-Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Place/Range of Delivery: IVO Pearl Harbor, HI.
Place/Range of Redelivery: Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port Charterer’s Option (Intention is Hakozako, Japan)
