Medicare Advantage Encounter Data Dashboard and Analytics (EDDA) - CMS is seeking responses from MAS Contract Holders (i.e., respondents) for meeting the Government's needs as described in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). CMS contemplates an acquisition of commercial, severable services for the base and option periods specified. This is a GSA competition set-aside order under the SBA 8(a) program against the GSA MAS 8(a) set-aside pool. The Request for Quote (RFQ) terms and accompanying documents are attached.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking responses from MAS Contract Holders for the acquisition of a Medicare Advantage Encounter Data Dashboard and Analytics (EDDA) system. The contractor will be responsible for meeting performance objectives, desired outcomes, business and technical requirements, and performance standards related to the EDDA system. They must also demonstrate a clear understanding of the CMS operating environment, policies, procedures, and standards. The contract will include a transition-in plan to assume full contractual responsibility without disruption or degradation of performance, as well as a transition-out plan to ensure a smooth transition to replacement services when the existing contract period ends. The contract will be performed over various periods from May 11, 2024, to February 10, 2029.
