Amendment 0004, Period of Performance extension- Updated SF 1442, Updated section 00 73 00. This project includes the remodeling of 13,405 square feet of existing Laundry, Linen, Sterile Processing Service (SPS), Logistics and Environmental Management System (EMS) admin space to accommodate newly constructed Laundry, Linen, Logistics, EMS admin, Medical Media and Nutrition Cart wash area.-Phase 1: Remodel the existing SPS department area to accommodate the Nutrition cart wash, a portion of Medical Media, and a portion of Logistics.-Phase 2: Remodel the existing Logistics Supply Room 1C-26 and admin area north of Logistics to accommodate Linen, as well as the existing admin and Logistics functions. The Sterile storage area in this phase will need to be temporarily relocated during this phase in order to maintain continuous service. -Phase 3: Remodel the existing Linen Room IC-28 to accommodate Open Office Space and Storage. Laundry Room IF-19 will be remodeled to accommodate a Conference Room that can be subdivided into two rooms with an acoustical mobile partition. The magnitude of this construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

Background
