Background
The solicitation is for Media Monitoring Services for the U.S. Embassy in Berlin, Germany on behalf of the Bureau of Public Diplomacy (PD). The contract will be a firm-fixed price service contract that includes a one-year base plus four 12-months options.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide a curated summary of news reported in German outlets, including monitoring print, radio, TV, online platforms, and social media platforms. The Contractor must provide one daily Media Summary written in English, tailored content on 15 to 20 news themes, and remuneration to publishers and recipients. The Contractor shall also provide usage rights for paywalled reports and abstracts of news without usage rights.

The Media Summary shall be delivered daily by email to Embassy recipients. The Contractor is responsible for the management and quality control to meet the terms of the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a period of one base year with four one-year options.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the U.S. Embassy in Berlin, Germany.
