Work Details
The work required includes site preparation treatment on areas by mechanical treatment with tractor mounted implements on 80 acres of National Forest land impacted by catastrophic insect damage. The contractor is expected to perform all work in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract.

The technical proposal should address past performance and technical capability, while the price proposal should include the completed Schedule of Items from Section B of the solicitation and acknowledgement of any amendments. Additionally, the offer must include contractor representations and certifications and a quality control plan.
