NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice
of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1903 set forth in Federal Acquisition
Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency
Requirements. NAVSUP FLCN intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for supplies related to Maxwell Leadership Training to The John Maxwell Company, LLC (DBA: John Maxwell Co.) 2055 Sugarloaf Circle, Suite 100 Duluth, Georgia 30097. A sole source justification has been repaired and approved by the Small Business Professional; however the justification is not required to be posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
