Maxwell AFB - JUBJ 22-4794 Demo Building 1411 & Construct Parking Lot - A&E - Sources Sought

Background
The 42d Contracting Squadron located at 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama has a requirement for Architect Engineer Services. This request for SOURCES SOUGHT is being utilized to identify sources that have the capability to provide Architect Engineer Services for the attached Statement of Work (JUBJ 22-4794 A&E Demo Bldg 1411 & Construct Parking Lot, Maxwell AFB Gunter Annex). The firm shall be located within a 250-mile radius of Maxwell Air Force Base and must be actively listed in SAM. The prime contractor should have registered architects and/or engineers as members of the firm.

Work Details
The work involves providing Architectural-Engineering services for the demolition of Building 1411 and the construction of a parking lot at Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex. The service provider will perform all design work necessary to accomplish the project, including but not limited to: construction drawings, specifications, design analyses, cost estimates, construction submittal register, drawing list, specification list, bid schedules, product and material technical data sheets, and working sketches.

Cost estimates will be a 'LEVEL 5' estimate as defined by the Whole Building Design Guide and will include a complete 'Scope of Estimate' statement. All specifications will follow Master Format 2018 and align with the Whole Building Design Guide standards.
