This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of 300 dormitory twin mattresses for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), 1530 Kelly Annex and Ft Sam Bldg. 4193 Warehouse. This combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6. Background
This solicitation is issued by Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) for the purchase of 300 dormitory twin mattresses. The goal is to provide mattresses for use at JBSA facilities, specifically at the Kelly Annex and Fort Sam Houston Warehouse.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver and offload a total of 300 dormitory twin mattresses, specifically Blue Nylon Twin XL Dorm Innerspring Mattresses. The mattresses must meet the following specifications:
- Dimensions: 38” W x 80” L x 10.5”
- Features: Inverted Sealed Steam, Bed Bug Proof
- Compliance: Must meet 16 CFR 1633 standards
- Fabric Color: Blue

Delivery will occur at two locations:
1. Fort Sam Building 4193 Warehouse, 2100 Supply Ave, JBSA Ft Sam Houston, TX 78234 - Quantity: 150 mattresses
2. JBSA Kelly Annex, Bldg. 1530, 410 Luke Drive, Port San Antonio, TX 78201 - Quantity: 150 mattresses.

The contractor must provide all necessary transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, tools, and incidentals for the delivery and offload of the mattresses as instructed by onsite Program Managers.
