Description

The purpose of the work is to plan and program future real property development for the VING and the documentation of existing real property. The result is a dynamic 25-year RPDP that is a comprehensive guide for future facilities development within the Virgin Islands. The plan facilitates real property decision making and ensures that real property development and decisions make best use of limited resources. When, properly accomplished, the VING will receive new construction to benefit the soldiers and citizens of the Virgin Islands. See PWS for additional details.
