As a component of the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), the Military Surface Deployment & Distribution Command (SDDC) has a requirement for intermodal equipment leasing and transportation services, and related container support functions, to include interfacing with Government systems, to meet the Government missions and exercises on a global basis.

Background
As a component of the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), the Military Surface Deployment & Distribution Command (SDDC) has a requirement for intermodal equipment leasing and transportation services, and related container support functions, to meet the Government missions and exercises on a global basis.

Work Details
The contract includes various tasks/services such as Leasing Operations - Per Diem, Repair and Other Direct Costs, Long Lead Discount, Expedited Delivery Surcharge, Delivery, and Redelivery. The contract also includes options for these services extending from 01 July 2025 to 31 December 2029. The period of performance for each task is from 01 July of the specified year to 30 June of the following year. The contract requires services IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provides applicable Fixed Price Leasing Operation Rates in RFP Attachment 2 MLC II Pricing Sheet (Tab - 2 Leasing Operations Pricing) and Applicable Fixed Price Transportation Tier Rates in RFP Attachment 2 MLC II Pricing Sheet (Tab - 3 Transportation Tier Pricing).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 01 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 with options for extension until 31 December 2029.

Place of Performance
The place of performance is FOB: Destination with various CLIN delivery dates and quantities specified in the document.
