Background
The True North Religious Support Team provides for the emotional and spiritual wellbeing of military members and families through various activities, retreats, and educational outreach programs.

The Strong Bonds COUPLE LINK Marriage Retreat is one of the programs which enhances military readiness and maintains total wellness for the force.

Work Details
The Contractor shall acquire and provide fixed pricing for lodging, meeting space, and meals for 22 personnel.

Specific requirements include:
- 12 rooms with a queen-sized bed or larger for double adult occupancy;
- 1 meeting room accommodating up to 22 personnel;
- catering for two dinners, two breakfasts, and one lunch;
- free high-speed internet;
- the facility must be serene, aesthetically pleasing, neat and clean with free parking;
- recreational activities available such as hiking/walking trails, indoor water park, fishing/boating/biking;
- visually inspiring views are desired;
- rooms must have a private bathroom;
- no additional fees for room service, laundry, entertainment or other services.

Period of Performance
27 - 29 June 2025 and 18 - 20 July 2025

Place of Performance
Must be within 180 miles of Spokane, Washington.
