Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking bulk mail distribution services for domestic and international mailings. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from large businesses, small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and 8(a) certified firms capable of providing the required services to the FAA.

Work Details
The contractor must provide bulk mail distribution services in compliance with USPS regulations and requirements. This includes processing FAA mailings to qualify for USPS delivery in First-Class Mail timeframes at the lowest bulk mail postage rates. Specific service requirements may vary depending upon the specifications of each request, and the service to the FAA is on an as-needed basis.
