Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS) Modernization Request for Information

Background
The Government is conducting market research in an effort to identify innovative and efficient architectures, technologies, processes, and concepts in preparation for the development and fielding of a modernized Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS). The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is to determine the feasibility of solutions capable of supporting or enhancing the training mission executed by the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Training and Education Command (TECOM).

Work Details
The firm shall be responsible for developing full lifecycle development/configuration of a modernized MCTIMS using Agile software development framework and implementing all required information exchanges required for MCTIMS reporting/operations. Respondents are required to present their capabilities, methods, and approaches to the requirements in sufficient technical detail to support a reasonable analysis. Additionally, respondents are requested to submit a rough order of magnitude (ROM) price estimate for their envisioned solution as part of their white paper submission.

RFI responses are due no later than 2:00 PM, Eastern Time (ET), 10 November 2021.
