Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is conducting market research to identify sources capable of satisfying the need for Base Operations Support (BOS) Maintenance and Service Contract for Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCBCP), CA. This is not a solicitation for quotations or proposals.

Work Details
The contract includes providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide leased relocatable facilities, facility investment, pest control, grounds maintenance & landscaping, pavement clearance, and base support vehicles and equipment services at MCBCP and associated special areas. The services may also include maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition, and minor construction of various facilities and structures.

Period of Performance
Total Contract Term: 102 months consisting of one base period of 12 months and seven option periods of 12 months each. There is also an extension of services period of up to six months.

Place of Performance
Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCBCP), CA and associated special areas, tenant and remote sites within the MCB Camp Pendleton AOR.
