Background
The Marine Corps Communication Directorate (CD) at Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) is responsible for executing a multi-event community relations program to celebrate the Marine Corps’ 250th birthday in 2025. This program includes five national-level capstone events and six multi-day outreach events across various cities.

The goal of this contract is to provide independent strategic analyses, advisory support, and execution support for the 250th Marine Corps Birthday Program while enhancing community relations and maintaining communication goals.

Work Details
The contractor will provide full-range support including advising, planning, marketing, advertising, event activation, assessment, and execution services for the 250th Marine Corps Birthday Program. Key tasks include:
1. Developing and implementing plans for campaign messaging and outreach events.
2. Planning and executing two national level events and six Marine Weeks in predetermined cities in 2025.
3. Assisting in marketing, communication, and advertising plans for community relations events.
4. Coordinating planning meetings with participating commands.
5. Supporting website development and digital engagement efforts.
6. Utilizing data analytics to evaluate site information and return on investment.
7. Providing comprehensive event production support including logistics, vendor management, and compliance with federal regulations.
8. Conducting pre-event and post-event evaluations to measure success through participant feedback and engagement metrics.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period of 12 months with an option for an additional 6 months.

The contract will be performed across multiple locations including New Orleans, LA; Philadelphia, PA; Austin, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Miami, FL.
