March ARB, CA Supplemental Lodging Blanket Purchase Agreement

Background
March Air Reserve Base (ARB) is seeking supplemental lodging support for Unit Training Assembly (UTA) missions. The goal of this contract is to provide accommodations for authorized personnel when the on-base lodging facility, The March Inn, reaches its maximum capacity. This initiative is part of the base's efforts to ensure that all personnel have access to necessary lodging during training exercises.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide furnished single and double occupancy guestroom accommodations on an as-needed basis for authorized U.S. Government personnel. The services include:

1. Providing lodging when the March Inn is at full capacity.
2. Accepting or declining lodging requests based on availability.
3. Managing guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations, with specific cancellation protocols.
4. Handling billing processes for guests, including direct billing to units or personal payments by guests.
5. Sending final invoices to the designated Lodging representative for payment processing via Government Purchase Card (GPC).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 18, 2024, to October 17, 2025, with options for extensions.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at March Air Reserve Base, California.
