Background
The professional services being sought are to support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope of the requirement includes professional services for MARCENT in the areas of command element, manpower, intelligence, operations, logistics, planning, communications, Operations Plans (OPLANS), Concept Plans (CONPLANS), strategy development, doctrinal reviews, operational policy reviews, crisis action planning, deliberate planning support, training and educational plans, and wargaming exercise support within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).

Work Details
The tasks to be completed under the contract include providing program management oversight to ensure all work conducted within this PWS is planned and executed in a manner that will achieve all of the objectives. The Contractor must establish and perform business management functions to ensure contracting related actions meet timelines established in this PWS. The Contractor must propose qualified personnel to fulfill the requirements of the contract. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide services at specific locations including MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida and Naval Support Activity Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain. The contractor will also provide desks space and all necessary equipment to personnel working in Government premises. Personnel substitution procedures are outlined along with travel requirements including local travel reimbursement policies and OCONUS travel throughout the CENTCOM AOR.

The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida and Naval Support Activity Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain.
