Managed Attribution Solution

Background
The government desires to procure an enterprise managed attribution solution (MAS) that is designed to enable discovery and access to publically available information (PAI) in support of United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) missions in the online environment. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, or accounts acquired, installation, and maintenance consistent with mission-specific characteristics to leverage and operationalize global PAI and protect the force. This RFI/Sources Sought seeks perspective from Industry as Market Research and an opportunity to shape the anticipated Statement of Objectives (SOO) through response to the attached questions and SOO.

Work Details
The USSPACECOM is conducting market research to establish Industry’s perspective approach for the acquisition of a Managed Attribution Solution as detailed in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). The solicitation includes a series of questions related to geolocations, analytical or operational tools, access to data sources, virtual access, risk areas for the acquisition, infrastructure security and integrity measures, security protocols, solution performance monitoring, facility clearance status, required training for using the solution, system support provided, business size and ownership details, involvement in litigation or claims, feedback on the attached SOO, applicable NAICS code associated with the platform, and registration requirements for receiving Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Additionally, it is mentioned that responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government for a binding contract or agreement. USSPACECOM is not obligated to pursue any particular acquisition alternative as a result of this RFI.
