Mammography Tracking Program and Service Support for White Earth Health Center   2

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide a Mammography Tracking Program and Service Support for the White Earth Health Center. The goal of this contract is to enhance the health services provided by the center through effective tracking and management of mammography services, ensuring compliance with the Buy Indian Act which prioritizes acquisitions from Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary for the installation, staff training, and ongoing support services for the mammography tracking program. Specific tasks include:

1. Installation of mammography tracking software at both White Earth Health Center and Waabinokwe Health Center.
2. Provision of training for staff on the use of the software.
3. Offering technical support services including toll-free telephone support, online assistance, fast tips service, and periodic upgrades and enhancements.
4. Ensuring that emergency calls are returned promptly within operational hours, with standard support available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm E.S.T., Monday through Friday.
5. Providing remote support capabilities for troubleshooting and repair of technical issues via secure remote access methods such as VPN or internet connections.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at two locations: White Earth Health Center, 40520 County Highway 34, Ogema, MN 56569, and Waabinokwe Health Center, 2471 310th Avenue, Mahnomen, MN 56557.
