Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources for Mammography Equipment Maintenance Services. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 811210. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the VA to make appropriate acquisition decisions, and after review of the responses, a solicitation announcement may be published.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair, on-site, including all replacement parts, labor, travel expenses, telephone technical support, remote on-line support, tools, test equipment, technical service packages, and other incidentals necessary to maintain and/or restore the listed equipment to operating specifications according to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. All maintenance and repairs shall be provided during the contract business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays unless otherwise approved by the COR.
