Maintenance of Web-based training courses

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for the maintenance and support of twenty-five (25) existing WBT for the NAVSEA Enterprise which are accessible through the Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) System, Waypoints Learning Management System, and/or Navy e-Learning (NeL), this will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis from Sunset Design Programming.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
